Giving

How can I give to St Mark's?

Members of St Mark's contribute to the life and work of the church in many different ways. While the information below relates to financial giving, other pages on this site explain the variety of ways you can get involved and contribute in other ways to St Mark’s many ministries.

Give Regularly

During our services there is the opportunity to give financially to St Mark's, either with cash or electronically, via our donation station next to the entrance door. However, if you would like to make regular contributions to the life and work of St Mark's, you can do so by filling out this form and returning it to the church office or via the post box in the Link.

Don't forget Gift Aid

If you pay Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the UK, we can claim back 25p on every £1 you donate through the Gift Aid scheme, recovered from the money you've paid in those taxes. To allow us to do this, please complete the Gift Aid declaration as part of this form – what a gift!

Leave a Legacy

If you are considering making a bequest to St Mark’s or have already included a gift to St Mark’s in your will and would like to talk to somebody or require more information, then please feel free to contact our treasurer, Christine Mackay (see below). For more general information, take a look at the Church of England’s website on Legacy’s here.
